With a hyphen.​

GOV says:​

wifi​

Lower case, no hyphen.

Wi-Fi is a trademark.​

NHS Wi-Fi is an NHS programme that is well-established. The service itself and marketing materials (for the most part) use "Wi-Fi".

To be discussed at upcoming Style Council meeting.
