Some keybindings suddenly stopped working

I recently upgraded to MacOS 15.3 (24D60), and 2 of my keybindings stopped working. Respectively the spaces T and P. I am not sure why, i tried restarting, reloading config, deleting from config and readding. It's just these 2 letters. Below is my config:
