Aerospace cli no longer working after updating to Sequoia 15.3.1

I'm getting the error

Can't connect to AeroSpace server. Is AeroSpace.app running?
The operation couldn’t be completed. (Socket.Socket.Error error 1.)

Using AeroSpace v0.16.2-Beta 21336ad with MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 as stated above. I've tried reinstalling and reverting to the default config with no luck. I've verified that AeroSpace is running with the process name 'AeroSpace' and the application is working as expected in every other regard
