Windows coming into the workspace seemingly randomly

I think this issue has been happening since 0.17.0 but don't pin me exactly on that.

I've had it a few times now that some application windows randomly come into the current workspace I'm in.

I think this issue has been happening more frequently when the system is a bit under stress and maybe the whole window management is under stress (this sometimes happens with Applications like IntelliJ who make some APIs slow as far as I understood)

Has anyone else had windows appearing in their workspace? It always seems to be the same kind of applications. In my case Microsoft Outlook and IntelliJ
