windows break during smart resizing

Steps to reproduce:
1.Have two active windows open.
2.Resize one of them just enough for the window to take up at least 70-85% of desktop space.
3.Witness the break.

Expected result: Users should be able to resize windows only to their devices' respective display aspect ratios in order to prevent indefinite resizing and window overlapping.
Actual result: Windows break and overlap.
