Steps to reproduce:

1. Install via brew
2. add config to ~/.config/aerospace/aerospace.toml <--- added the example one
3. Start Aerospace

Expected result: Running Aerospace
Actual result: Crash

I ran into the same problem on macOS 15.

Seems every version works for me on the latest MacOS if I run the binary directly from the /Applications dir via the terminal via ./

Does running the binary in the terminal directly work for you as well?

Worked on Tahoe 26.1 but had a keybinding problem, so uninstalled fully. Now on Tahoe 26.2 with fresh Homebrew installation - no error messages but trying to launch from Applications shows a brief 'ripple' animation, then nothing. System log show the app starting then immediately dying:
