cmd+t on finder opens invisible window

Steps to reproduce:
1.go to finder with alt + h j k l .. (focus the window)
2. press cmd + t which i think opens new tab but its an invisible windows, dont know how to get rid of it ( but i have a bind to close last window with alt shift q like in glazeWM which actually closes the invisible window

Expected result: self explanatory, no invisible window or actually 2nd working finder
Actual result: invisible window
