AppIcon Tahoe Theming

Minor, non-issue; however, the icon does not change to dark/clear/tinted modes, nor does it have Tahoe lighting theming.
I've created a Apple Icon Composer remake of the icon with a new Assets.car which has the new theming enabled—if that would be a good contribution.
