[macOS 26 Tahoe] cmd-Q switches focus to another workspace instead of quitting the app

Environment

• AeroSpace version: 0.20.2-Beta
• macOS version: macOS 26 Tahoe (Darwin 25.x)
• Hardware: Apple Silicon (M-series)

Description

When a fullscreen app window is open in a workspace (e.g. workspace 6),
pressing
cmd-Q or using the menu bar Quit option does not quit the app. Instead,
AeroSpace
switches focus to another workspace (in this case workspace T, which
contains
iTerm2). Returning to the original workspace shows the app still running
normally
with its window intact.

The issue is reproducible and consistent. Before installing AeroSpace,
cmd-Q
correctly quit the same app (Dedao) without any interception.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an app (e.g. Dedao) in fullscreen in any workspace (e.g. workspace

2. Press cmd-Q or use menu bar → Quit
3. Observe: focus switches to another workspace (e.g. workspace T / iTerm2)
4. Switch back to workspace 6
5. Observe: the app is still running with its window open, not quit

Expected behavior
cmd-Q should quit the focused app regardless of which workspace it is in.

Notes

• The app (Dedao) does not intercept cmd-Q — it quit correctly before
  AeroSpace
  was installed
• No confirmation dialog appears; the window remains in normal state
• This may be related to AeroSpace intercepting or misrouting keyboard
  events on macOS 26 Tahoe
• Possibly related to previously reported partial crash / hotkey issues on macOS 26
