I'm closing this. I'm pretty certain this is either due to one of my other utilities, or a bug in macOS. I'm seeing it on computers without Aerospace installed. |

Body
This is a hard one to reproduce consistently, and I'm looking for a vibe check to see if anyone else has had this issue before I spend a lot of time trying to come up with a good reproduction case.
I've noticed recently that sometimes mouse hover actions break on my machine. Examples include hovering over a button to reveal the button label, or hovering over emoji reactions in Slack or Github to see which users left those reactions.
Often, once I click on the item over which I'm hovering, the mouse hover starts working again. The reason I think this may be related to Aerospace is that I can also get the mouse hover working again by temporarily disabling Aerospace.
The thing I can't figure out is how to trigger this state. It seems to happen at random, and I can't spot the trigger.
I'm on
