Ok this is more like workspace bleeding onto another monitor when not in focus. I just created a new workspace and this is happening with that one too. |

Body
Steps to reproduce:

1.Simple setup with multiple monitors. Monitors are not the same model / resolution.
2.Multiple Workspaces on each monitor.
3. Monitor 1, workspace 'M' has a floating window. When Monitor 1 then has focus to workspace D, the top of the window on Workspace M bleeds over on to Monitor 2 which has workspace S.
4. Workspace M uses floating windows. Workspace on the other monitor uses full tiled windows.
5.
Expected result: Top of window from another monitor and workspace would not show up on another monitor / workspace
Actual result: The opposite of what is expected.
