I have a suggestion to add a "plugins" section to the program in some way where people can upload archives or files with a plugin (add-on) in some way so that not only the program developers create content, but also users can supplement the program in every possible way, although I don't understand Rust at all, but I think my idea would be a good one in terms of promoting functionality.

It would be really cool if any client user could become a plugin author.

In principle, this could be implemented, but to make current plugins accessible to any user, we'd need online storage, which we don't have, and storing all plugin code directly in the source code isn't ideal.

Security is also a consideration here: all plugins created should have open source and verified (by us) code.

Also, Rust won't be able to run any plugins directly (for example, the client would download a .rs file and run it as a separate background process) because it simply won't have access to the main thread or bots. Transferring data between the client and the downloaded script is extremely difficult. Even if it were possible, there would be noticeable delays, information might not arrive intact, and it might even become outdated (any extra 50ms delay could break everything).

Of course, to avoid all this, I could try writing a client-side shell that would execute plugin scripts, but that would probably create limitations for plugin developers.
