[Listbox] mismatched color when switching `disabled` state back and forth

For some reason it doesn't show on codesanbox but it does also on the nuxt ui docs (both tested on Brave and Zen Browser)

Description

When you disable the Listbox the color dims, and when you enable it back, it brightens but not the original color, and you have to hover over each item to give them their base color

Currently investigating. The data-disabled and disabled attributes on each item doesn't remove or add itself when the state of disabled change. Highlighting or hovering each item actually remove or add disabled and data-disabled attributes. Repro
