Making a script-bucket is very manual, error prone

New plan:

1. Let folks parse multiple scripts in a session
2. Group them into a valid zip of a script bucket

Details

Use elm zip to download all at once.
Auto generate the play_list.json from the script titles.

After

Change the play_list format to use hashes of urls and store titles in scripts + in play_list.

After this I could make it so the octk lamdera servers can upload a bucket drag-and-drop style... OR I could combine these projects and skip the middle?

I'd have to strip away elm-pages, but it's not adding much at this point.
