Add transaction role badges

Problem

Acccount details screen currently lists only transactions where the account was a "payer", but there may also be other transactions related to this account where account was a proposal or authorizer.

Solution

Fetch all transactios that are in any way related to the account (account was a payer, proposal or authorizer) and visually display account role in transaction with a badge.
