Decouple helm chart

The helm chart is extremely coupled with all the sub-charts making it extremely difficult to deploy the chart. I believe the chart should be decoupled from all of the extra's such as ingress-nginx, postgres, and redis. It's all too tightly coupled in the chart, and doesn't allow for customization when these are really things the user should be responsible for, not the chart.
