[Feature Request] Spanish (LatAm) Localization for Docs and WebUI

Hello MinerU team,

I have been following the project and I find its extraction capabilities extremely useful. I noticed that while you have support for English and Chinese, there is currently no Spanish (Latin America) localization, and also I would love to give something back to you guys, this is a great tool.

I would like to contribute by providing the Spanish (LatAm) translations for the project.

Please note that I am not a developer/coder, so I cannot submit pull requests with code changes or logic implementations. However, I can provide all the translated strings and documentation files for your team to integrate.

My offer covers:

Documentation: Providing the Spanish version of README.md and relevant files in the docs/ folder.

WebUI: Providing the translated strings for the Gradio i18n implementation.

To coordinate this, I have two questions:

For the WebUI, could you provide the source JSON/YAML file (or the list of English keys) so I can translate them?

For the documentation, would you like me to send the translated .md files directly or use a specific platform?

I am ready to start as soon as you let me know how you prefer to receive the content.
