Description of the bug | 错误描述

pdf公式中的可逆箭头被识别成为单箭头；
pdf公式中的符号E、mk丢失；
pdf长公式右上方文字位置错误，被插入到左边栏文字中。

你报告的这三个问题（可逆箭头被识别为单箭头、公式符号丢失、长公式文字位置错乱）都与 VLM 后端的已知局限性相关。

1. 可逆箭头 → 单箭头：VLM 后端对视觉相似的化学/数学符号存在识别困难，v2.5 后化学公式解析出现了退化问题 [1]。

2. 符号（E、mk）丢失：VLM 后端在处理公式边界附近的符号时，可能会丢失或错误合并字符 [2] [3]。此外，公式识别模型的输入分辨率固定为 384×384 像素，长公式的细节容易丢失 [4]。

3. 长公式右上方文字位置错误（插入左边栏）：这是多栏布局中的系统性问题，根源在于 YOLO 布局检测模型和阅读顺序重建算法对跨栏内容的处理不够准确，目前没有直接的配置选项可以修复 [5] [6]。

可以尝试的方法：

• 切换到 pipeline 后端：mineru pdf -p <input.pdf> -o <output_dir> -b pipeline --method ocr，pipeline 后端对技术符号和特殊字符更保守可靠 [7]
• 确保版本是最新的：MinerU ≥2.5.3 + mineru-vl-utils ≥0.1.14 包含部分公式识别修复 [7]
• 调试查看中间结果：检查输出目录中的 middle.json、layout.pdf、spans.pdf 等文件，查看 discarded_blocks 中是否有被丢弃的公式内容 [8]

不过需要说明的是，这些是当前模型层面的限制，完全解决可能需要等待后续版本对公式识别模型和布局检测模型的改进。
