Make tests pass on CI/CD

Tests are always failing in the CI/CD pipeline but when run locally, they always succeed.

Investigate what's the difference / edge case and make tests pass in CI/CD.

They're not always failing but failing much more often than locally.

I now did run the pipeline 10 times in a row without failure, not sure it'll be 100% reliable but seems way better than before.
