Test why AIY is not plotting 35nA

@dakoshtut The latest commit on development branch now has a good agreement for the passive only cell:

But, this is at 30pA current injection in the nml. The Neuron version (with all but leak turned off, see L26 in image) should be running iclamp runs all the way -15pA -> 35pA, so 11 steps, but only 10 steps are shown and 30pA seems to be the top trace on the left. Can you look into it?

I believe the issue here is a small bug at the Line 97 in AIY_simulation.py:

The loop to plot traces is set to range(0,10) instead of (0,11).
Here is a result of fixing this:

Now 11 traces are visible.
