I am using OptiScaler 0.9.4-final with Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam Deck.
FSR 4.1.1 INT8 works, but the diagnostic watermark remains permanently visible even when watermark and debug view are disabled.

OS: SteamOS
Game: Cyberpunk 2077
API: DirectX 12 through Proton
OptiScaler: 0.9.4-final
FSR version displayed: FSR 4.1.1 INT8
Configuration
[Upscalers]
Dx12Upscaler=fsr31
[FSR]
Fsr4Update=true
Fsr4ForceEnableInt8=true
Fsr4EnableDebugView=false
Fsr4EnableWatermark=false
The Watermark option is also disabled in the OptiScaler overlay.
Steps to reproduce
Install OptiScaler 0.9.4-final next to Cyberpunk2077.exe.
Enable FSR 4 update and force the INT8 model.
Set Fsr4EnableWatermark=false.
Start Cyberpunk 2077.
Select the FSR 3.X/4 backend.
Restart the game completely.
Actual result
FSR 4.1.1 INT8 starts successfully, but the diagnostic watermark remains visible.
Disabling the Watermark option in the overlay and restarting the game does not remove it.
Expected result
The diagnostic text should disappear when:
Fsr4EnableWatermark=false
Additional information
The watermark disappears when switching away from FSR 4.
I tested with the original OptiScaler 0.9.4-final INI and original DLL files.
I removed watermark-related environment variables from the Steam launch options.
Restarting the game and Steam does not resolve the issue.
Could this be an issue with the FSR 4.1.1 INT8 library on RDNA2, or is another option required to disable the watermark on Steam Deck?
