Toggle Angie/All AI features

Describe the Problem

We are building websites for clients and only use external AI tools if needed. We see no need for Angie or other Elementor AI functionality features, at least not for our clients to use. There is a toggle right now to turn off Elementor AI functionality for each profile, but this doesn't seem to affect Angie.

Propose a Solution

Would like Angie to also be affected by the toggle, but there should also be a centralized toggle in Elementor settings to turn off ALL AI features, to also prevent any notifications or upsell offers for installing or activating AI tools. At least not for Elementor Pro users.

just to link it here: I've mentioned that in the beta thread too: https://github.com/orgs/elementor/discussions/35846#discussioncomment-16901725 it should respect the global AI setting

Even if Elementor AI features are disabled in user profile settings, I still see the Angie button on the top left of editor.

If you ask Claude about the it you will even see this:

• ~2.4MB of MCP/AI packages are unconditionally enqueued on every editor load (editor-mcp 791KB, elementor-v3-mcp 658KB, elementor-mcp-common 638KB, schema 349KB) via the hardcoded EXTENSIONS list in core/editor/loader/v2/editor-v2-loader.php:45 — regardless of whether AI features are ever used.

But I hope they use something like this too to work on their code base or at least let it analyze it to show up such issues

I hadn't thought of this... any easy way to dequeue those actions/files for those not using the Elementor AI?
Could be one of the reasons Elementor is loading slower.

don't have any real slow loading page so can't test it at the moment but I've patched a local version to disable the AI and let it add the caching for widgets. Have to do some benchmarks 😄
