[Bug] - Attach Menu styling needs updated

Description

The attach menu styling needs to be updated to match our menu component styling

Steps to Reproduce

A few styling things are off with our current menu. If we update to use the menu component, it should inherit the menu styling but just a few notes to help:

• The border radius needs to be 10px to match our menu component
• The padding between menu items and the menu item divider needs to updated so its not hitting the divider on hover of the menu item(example image below
• icons need updated to rh icons
