Board setting that members can only see cards that have them as assigned

This would be a great feature to add. This would prevent creating multiple boards that have only specific members assigned.
If a board has this turned on, only the cards that are assigned to the users should be visible to that specific user.

Is this doable?

Theoretically this is doable. I was working on building my own kanban board like this previously before I decided to go and try other open source versions again. I'll take a look at the code here. It's probably quite an overhaul to make that possible with how far along this project is.
