Some suggestions:
In add photos page add a selector to choose copyright that set by copyright plugins. Or add it in edit photos page.
And the edit photos page need more setting for photos, like title,author,description,copyright,tags... When info changed, need admin re-audit it.
Therefore, users have more editing rights.
