Definitions

  1. "Licensed Work" means the original work of authorship, enhancements, and modifications made available under this License.
  2. "Licensor" means Puzl Cloud.
  3. "Change Date" means 2035-07-01.
  4. "Change License" means GPL-2.0-or-later.
  5. "Additional Use Grant" means the right to make production use of the Licensed Work solely for internal organizational purposes.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License:

a. The Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, create derivative works, and redistribute the Licensed Work for non-production use.

b. The Licensor hereby grants you the rights specified in the Additional Use Grant for production use (internal organizational purposes only).

Change Date and Change License

  1. To specify as the Change License GPL-2.0-or-later.
  2. To specify an Additional Use Grant of the right to make production use of the Licensed Work solely for internal organizational purposes.
  3. To set a Change Date of 2035-07-01.
  4. Not to modify this License in any other way.
