Update author list (#138)

* Update my affiliation

* Keep my NTNU affiliation to better reflect that the work of this release was done at NTNU

* try to fix formatting of citation file

* correct additional issues with the formatting

* try new version

* fall back to the previous formating, this pases locally with cffconvert
