Fzf shows as not found, but program is installed

Describe the bug
When trying to run ani-cli, the tool checks for dependencies, but during that it fails to find fzf properly.
I have already used ani-cli in the past (proof could be my old issue? dunno).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install fzf and ani-cli
2. Run ani-cli

Expected behavior
Script should work fine as all dependencies are available and properly installed.

Hi i did use Claude to see the problem maybe this can help ya out, it helped me with mine last month.

It looks like ani-cli can't find fzf even though it's installed via Scoop. This is a common issue where the program exists but isn't in the PATH that the shell running ani-cli sees.

The fix: You need to add Scoop's shims directory to your PATH, or use the full path. Here are your options:

Option 1: Ensure Scoop shims are in PATH (most common fix)

Run this in PowerShell:
powershell

$env:PATH += ";C:\Users\user\scoop\shims"

To make it permanent:
powershell

[System.Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("PATH", $env:PATH + ";C:\Users\user\scoop\shims", "User")

Then restart your terminal and try ani-cli again.

Option 2: Check if ani-cli is running in a different shell

If you're running ani-cli inside WSL or Git Bash, those environments won't see Windows PATH entries by default. Check which shell ani-cli is actually using — if it's bash-based, you'd need to add the shims path to ~/.bashrc or ~/.bash_profile:

Option 3: Install fzf via the same environment ani-cli uses

If ani-cli runs in a Unix-like environment (WSL, MSYS2, Git Bash), install fzf natively there:

sudo apt install fzf

MSYS2/Git Bash

pacman -S fzf

@ERichua21 Shims are done automatically when installing scoop (the script automatically adds them to path, otherwise none of the other stuff would be working, fzf included)

The script and fzf are both ran though wezterm + nushell. You can see in the image there's no alias to anything, it's going directly to the executable

If it is using bash under the scenes (which it shouldn't, I'm not telling it to use it), it's not there, but I've already done that test and it does not work
