Incorrect percentage of translated strings for various languages

It seems to me the percentage of translated strings reported in https://docs.qgis.org/latest/en/docs/about/contributors.html#translators and https://docs.qgis.org/latest/en/docs/about/translation_stats.html is incorrect if compared with what reported in https://app.transifex.com/qgis/qgis-documentation/languages/

For example:
Czech 4.99, while Transifex reports 22.63%
Portuguese (Portugal) 8.1, while Transifex reports 25.17%

~17% of the strings pushed to Transifex are marked as notranslate: these are text that people don't have to translate because they are the same in every languages, such as substitutions, some function examples ... Our stats are based on what is actually subject to translation efforts.
PS: I do the notranslate translation

Thanks, I didn't know. The page also says that "Only languages that reached 5% by the version release time are published here". Anyway there are a lot of languages < 5%.

Yes, 5% in our system of calculation, which is imho very low for providing a nice non-English reading experience. But this is what we decided years ago.

I mean, shouldn't only be listed the languages that reached 5%?

The ideas behind this table are to:

• show all the diversity of QGIS docs translation community
• help people identify how close their language is to the 5℅ target, and hopefully incitate them to contribute.
