Description

Add support for max-triagnle-edge-length parameter to PDAL Export to raster (TIN), so that triangles where the edge length is bigger than threshold can be ignored.

This feature needs PDAL >= 2.6.0 and wrench >=1.2.2.

@alexbruy How can the end user know the installed wrench version?

Obviously like with any other program

$ pdal_wrench --version
pdal_wrench version: 1.3.0 (PDAL version: 2.9.3, GDAL version: 3.12.0)

Thanks for the answer but that doesn't work in my OSGeo4w console (pdal --version works but not pdal_wrench --version - unknown pdal_wrench command), and this is something people familiar with console can try. Not all potential end users willing to play with point clouds are familiar; they may expect an information in some dialog.
My question is actually from a documentation perspective. Is there any need for us to also mention pdal_wrench version in the docs? Does qgis/QGIS#64303 mean that the default pdal_wrench version in master is now 1.3.0? Hence only the PDAL version will be the constraint?
