Update Build virtual point cloud (VPC) algorithm

Description

Updates Build virtual point cloud (VPC) with two things:

• user gets a warning if there is a LAS or LAZ file in VPC, that the resulting VPC will the be fully displayable in QGIS
• add boolean parameter Convert VPC data files to COPC format which allows creation of VPC with all the input files converted to COPCs in folder next to the output VPC file
