Should we release 0.73.1?

• qualified cherry-pick requests of commits on main that did not make the previous patch version.

Please include a link to the specific commit on main to be cherry-picked, for example: facebook/react-native@bd2b7d6

In other words, if you cannot point to a particular commit on main, then your request likely belongs as a new issue.
If the issue is a major release issues, please reference the issue here.

Yeah - this one bit me! But it also made me realize I had a cloud-based (vs emulator-based) firebase functions test still in my test suite, so it had a useful side effect anyway ;-). Was definitely surprising to have my Info.plist changed during pod install though!

IIRC it's basically following the same pattern as all the other versioned/released packages, they need to pick it and then there's a separate CI job that can be triggered to handle the release of it: https://reactnative.dev/contributing/release-updating-packages
