[bug] Memory leak on System Proxy

Describe the bug
If the System Proxy is enabled for 1-2 hours, the app freezes. If I'm closing the app after running it for a few hours, it freezes for 5-10 seconds and closes, and after all of that, I still need to End Task the Reqable in the Task Manager since it can't be opened if there's a remaining process in the task manager.

I also tried using the Gateway to reduce the requests but still freezes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable System Proxy for 1-2 hours.
2. Try to open any apps that can flood the request (like VSCode)

Expected behavior
I think, the freeze should be fixed when we delete the requests.
