RfC: AI code contribution policy

Hello! At the moment, I cannot find a clear AI code contribution policy with this project, which is worrying with recent commits such as 6847051 that appear to be co-authored using @claude . Having a firm stance on this would be quite useful to people such as myself who are considering using this crate, and I believe ensuring one is created early in the project would be valuable. Thank you for your consideration.

Why do you need this?
I just started using this repo, and I currently need a new feature, and asked Claude to do it for me. If it doesn't get merged, I'll just have to maintain a fork.
I assume you're on the anti side. Just use the repo, and in case my commit gets merged, just make a fork.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean—egui_tiles was a crate I was looking at because I needed a tiling UI. I've since moved to other projects, but a clear policy helps everyone, even if you think that LLMs are useful and good in code writing, it helps everyone for projects to state whether or not they approve of that usage.
