This project is for people who want to build and use serious tooling. The standard is straightforward: be respectful, be clear, and do not make the project harder to work on for everyone else.
- treat contributors and users with basic respect
- keep feedback specific and technical
- assume good intent before assuming bad faith
- bring evidence when you make a strong claim
- accept review without turning every thread into an argument
- personal attacks, insults, or harassment
- discrimination of any kind
- threats, intimidation, or stalking
- publishing private information without permission
- repeatedly derailing issues, pull requests, or technical discussions
- deliberately disruptive behavior in project spaces
Maintainers may edit, lock, or remove comments, issues, or pull requests that are clearly out of bounds. They may also temporarily or permanently restrict participation when needed.
If you need to report a conduct problem, contact the maintainers directly through GitHub rather than starting a public argument in an issue thread.
This policy is not meant to make technical discussion soft. Strong disagreement is fine. Disrespect is not.
