Play around with AI. Automate Games, generate music, build recommendation systems, add frameworks, notebooks pertaining to certain domains be it NLP, text/audio/video processing, or be it implementing research papers, powering drones/bots, playing around with computer vision and a lot more.
There is no bound on what AI is capable of and so there is no bound on what to contribute in this bucket. Feel free to contribute anything and everything that you feel can be a good thing to learn.
