[FR]: Support mka format

Description

Most of the new music I add to my library is in MKA format and it's a bit complicated to convert it so something else to edit the metadata. Direct support for it in SimpleTag would be greatly appreciated!

Benefit

SimpleTag will support more formats, making the process of tagging easier, without involving a conversion step for MKA audio.

this would require quite a lot of work as jaudiotagger doesn't support matroska tags. i can probably do it but im gonna leave it as a maybe/ low priority for now. if more people want this (feel free to comment) then maybe i will work on it sooner
