"Loading Music" spinner never finishes after updating to v0.3.2-beta (SD card, worked in v0.3.1-beta)

Describe the Bug/Crash

After updating from v0.3.1-beta to v0.3.2-beta, the "Loading Music" spinner keeps spinning forever and never finishes. No songs are ever displayed. In v0.3.1-beta, the same files were detected and listed correctly.

1. Update SimpleTag from v0.3.1-beta to v0.3.2-beta
2. Open the app
3. The "Loading Music" spinner keeps spinning indefinitely and the music list never appears

Music files on the SD card should be scanned and listed, as in v0.3.1-beta.

Title: v0.3.2-beta: "Loading Music" spinner never finishes when library contains Opus files with "track/total" track number tags (NumberFormatException)

Describe the bug
After updating from v0.3.1-beta to v0.3.2-beta, the "Loading Music" spinner keeps spinning forever and the music list is never displayed. In v0.3.1-beta, the same library was listed correctly.

I was able to isolate the cause: my library (on SD card, ~1762 files) contains one album with 12 Opus files whose track number tags are in "track/total" format (e.g. "4/35"). After excluding the folder containing these Opus files, the music list loads normally again.

Since Opus support is new in v0.3.2-beta, these files were simply ignored in v0.3.1-beta, which explains why the issue only appeared after updating.

Logcat evidence
Each of the 12 Opus files fails with a NumberFormatException while reading its tags:

W/MediaRepo: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "4/35": Failed to read /storage/XXXX-XXXX/.../04. xxx.opus

They are then imported via "mediastore fallback":

D/MediaRepo: 698: imported /storage/XXXX-XXXX/.../04. xxx.opus using mediastore fallback

Interestingly, LOAD_FILES_SUCCESS is still logged at the end of the scan, so the load appears to complete internally — but the UI never leaves the loading state.

Environment

• App version: v0.3.2-beta (worked fine in v0.3.1-beta)
• Device: FCNT arrows Alpha F-51F
• Android version: 16
• Music file location: SD card (~1762 files)
• File formats: FLAC, MP3, and 12 Opus files

Steps to reproduce

1. Place Opus files whose track number tag is in "track/total" format (e.g. "4/35") in a scanned folder
2. Open SimpleTag v0.3.2-beta
3. The "Loading Music" spinner spins indefinitely and the music list never appears

Workaround
Excluding the folder containing the affected Opus files restores normal loading.

Expected behavior
Opus files with "track/total" style track number tags should be parsed gracefully (or skipped without blocking the UI), and the music list should be displayed once scanning finishes.
