Saving Screenshot and page source

Hi,

When I try to save the page source as well as the screenshot I always got blank data, like a white line as the image and the source code  will be "<html><head></head><body></body></html>". Same thing with extracting the links which always blank

Is this an issue with my computer?
P.S I just started using OpenWPM and I am using demo.py to practice
