Port to Rust

Port this library to rust for:

• native apps
• WASM support
• better performance

NOTE: This library will stay typescript. Rust port will have its own repository.

BTW @Wh1teDuke , do you think it should be called spessarust, to match your port? or spessasynth_core_rs or spessasynth-rs? What do you think?

I followed meltysynth's standard here because it was very close to spessasynth and specially because it was funny.
