In 2019, an interviewer told me that not having a GitHub profile would make it difficult to grow as a developer. I created my GitHub account that day... and then didn't touch it again for years.

In 2023, while working on a client project, I encountered a bug in an open source package. Instead of working around it, I decided to fix it. I had no idea how open source worked, so I learned by reading documentation, searching online, and submitting my first pull request. That single contribution completely changed the direction of my career.

Today, I'm a Core Team member at Pinkary and Pest. I've contributed to more than 100 open source repositories, maintain developer tools and packages, and founded Laravel Artisans, a community of more than 5,000 developers across multiple platforms.

My mission is simple: build things that help developers build better software.

Whether it's contributing to Pinkary and Pest, building developer tools, maintaining open source projects, mentoring contributors, speaking at community events, or reviewing pull requests, I want my work to make building software a little easier for the next developer.
