Add tests for capturing some ways that generics are permitted (#1601)

### What
Add a new test vectors that uses generic lifetimes with the contract
macros.

  ### Why
The soroban-sdk macros have limited support for generics. We should
exercise them in the test vectors to ensure that support doesn't change
over time.
