deb.theforeman.org carrying 0.1.44 in Plugins 1.19 and nightly

Looks like there might be a package builder or pipeline issue. 0.1.52 was tagged around the time of the Foreman 1.19rcs, but the only package built in July (and still available now in October) is 0.1.44, which does not work in Foreman 1.19. foreman-rake db:migrate fails with old errors which seem to be fixed in newer versions.

Could someone check the build pipeline and create newer Debian and Ubuntu packages for this plugin, please?

A new version is being prepared for release, fully adapted for use with the foreman 1.18+
Also code splitting on few branches for comfortable usage with each version of foreman
