Clicked Yes on all conditional questions in the real Summer 2026 form.
Confirmed exact fields that appear:
- Users=Yes: single free-text field (active users, paying, top payer)
- Revenue=Yes: 6-month table + revenue sources + growth notes
- Legal entity=Yes: entity list (free text) + equity description (free
