Import SDE/TRE definitions

Bring in the definitions: Data Zone – SDE / Data Library; Research Zone – TRE Platform; and, Research Zone – Project TRE from final SDE/TRE WG report.

I think need a definition for "project" too, especially if we split Research Zone into TRE Platform and Project TRE.

The present model may look very similar if not identical to this, but hopefully it is clear why it
is not. Presently TRE operations are isolated and specific to the data Collections hosted in
that facility. Projects are split, having a presence in each TRE / SDE that it requires data
from, to accommodate this present operating model. An illustration of the present model is
shown in Figure 5. Compare this to the model shown in Figure 2: the existing “TREs” have
“the project coming to the data”, whereas this model has “the data coming to the project”.
Both with the same security and control by owners.

Also need to decide whether to use Data Zone / Research Zone, or to use the terms from the DARE federation blueprint (which EOSC-ENTRUST may also adopt): Secure Data Zone and Research Analytics Zone. For completeness there's also Query Management Zone

Re. Zones. #34 suggests adopting the Fed Blueprint terms Secure Data Zone, Research Analytics Zone and Query Management Zone, plus two others used in current SATRE design work. The EOSC-ENTRUST architecture blueprint has also adopted RAZ, SDZ and QMZ.

Suggest we merge the SATRE PR and update the zones defns accordingly.
