Password not Saved because of case Sensitivity

In versions 1.6.4.0 and 1.8.2.4, when I tried to change the password, it wouldn't accept it if the first letter was uppercase. It only accepted the password when the first letter was entered in lowercase.

Found something
The password is encrypted saved, and when the encrypted password start with a 0x0 is was considered empty.
It could be that a password with cap and without make the first encrypted byte different, it's just bad luck that this happen
with your password. It has nothing todo with upercase or not.

Added some fix for next update.

This was a nasty one, search full code for uper and lower case...while it possible was the encrypted password.

Fixed in current main (commits d219c49d and 786e4c2d).
Password handling has been moved to the Windows Credential Manager, which should resolve case-sensitivity and storage issues seen with the old .vnc/INI path.

Please try the latest development build and confirm.
