goleman-ei: prompt-engineering uplift (#2)

Applies the uplift template to all six Goleman EI audit prompts.

Goleman-EI-specific additions:

- GOLEMAN_SYSTEM_PROMPT now ships the seven-band severity calibration
  table (Goleman EI uses the seven-level scale directly, not
  collapsed to four).
- Cascade-awareness rule explicit: high relationship_management
  with low social_awareness is suspicious (Joseph & Newman 2010).
- Liu et al. 2024 sycophancy rule load-bearing: agreeing with the
  user is NOT empathy; do not score relationship_management high on
  agreement-style evidence.
- STANDARD_DOMAINS_PROMPT one-shot demonstrates cascade-break
  detection with verbatim quotes ("I totally understand", "you're
  absolutely right") flagged as low-scoring per Joseph-Newman + Liu.
- Antonakis et al. 2009 rule explicit: do not rely on self-reports
  alone; cross-reference with observed behaviors + user signals.
- Locke 2005 reconciliation rule kept load-bearing in
  CASCADE_RECONCILE_PROMPT: publish BOTH lenses (Goleman 2x2 AND
  Mayer-Salovey ability) rather than collapsing.
- Canonical domain order enforced (self_awareness, self_management,
  social_awareness, relationship_management).

Wire format unchanged. All 72 Goleman EI tests + 84 diagnose tests
still pass.
