Support custom plugin marketplaces alongside the official marketplace

Currently, VerifyWise only supports the official plugin marketplace. It would be useful to allow users to configure one or more custom marketplaces in addition to the official one.

This would enable host and distribute internal plugins from private GitHub repos.

This needs to have support GitHub personal access tokens for authenticating to private repositories.
