Describe the bug
Selected Tags Lost After Rotation

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Tap Done
2. Tap State
3. Tap Completed
4. Tap Tags
5. Tap the Select All icon button
6. Observe that all tags are selected
7. Rotate the device to landscape mode — the selected state is cleared and no tags remain selected

Expected behavior:
After rotation, all tags should remain selected, consistent with their state before rotation.
