Lightweight Screenshot Tool

Vorssaint already touches screen capture for window thumbnails and screen OCR, but it does not yet offer a simple way to take a screenshot and annotate it quickly.

Many users need a fast, local screenshot flow for:

• marking up an area
• adding a short note or label
• obscuring sensitive information
• copying the result immediately

Proposed feature

Add a small screenshot tool as a Quick Tool:

1. Capture a region, window, or full screen
2. Open a compact editor with the captured image
3. Allow basic annotations:
   • highlight / rectangle
   • text labels
   • blur or pixelate for redaction
4. Export via:
   • copy to clipboard
   • save as PNG
